I’m Cameron Davis — a chef who spent years working in fast-paced kitchens before discovering my passion for connecting great people with great opportunities. Having lived and breathed the realities of hospitality, I understand the pressures, the long hours, and the dedication it takes to succeed.
That experience has shaped the way I work today as a recruiter, helping hotels, restaurants, stadiums, and event venues find the right talent to drive their success. Over the years, I’ve delivered countless permanent placements, building strong relationships with both clients and candidates. My approach is personal, hands-on, and grounded in real-world knowledge — because in hospitality, it’s not just about filling a role, it’s about finding the perfect fit.
